The Senior Manager, owns lifecycle and operational management for an assigned Surgical Vision product portfolio, driving the Life‑Cycle Management roadmap in partnership with Plan, Make, Make Engineering, Source, Deliver, IT, QA, Commercial, and R&D teams. It combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong project leadership to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product life‑cycle phase‑out programs and portfolio optimization (SKU rationalization, delisting, simplification, cost‑out), implementing approved changes while proactively mitigating supply and customer impact

  • Drive alignment across the functional teams to deliver on the project objectives. Ensure risks are identified and robust contingency plans are crafted across the project portfolio.

  • Own end‑to‑end supply chain execution for the portfolio—from customer to supplier—integrating demand/supply planning, inventory strategy, and capacity planning, linking strategy with operations.

  • Lead project governance and delivery (schedule, budget, resources); provide clear, timely status, risk, and mitigation reporting to business and supply chain leadership while serving as the central point of contact.

  • Identify and implement process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma, digital tools, AI / Analytics) to reduce lead times, costs and variability.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, operations or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ dynamic experience in product life‑cycle-management, supply chain operations in a regulated industry (pharma, medtech, biotech).

  • Experience leading technical transfers, launches, and portfolio optimization across internal and external manufacturing partners.

  • Excellent project management and structured problem‑solving skills; PMP certification a plus.

  • Excellent team management, communication and influencing skills; ability to lead without direct authority.

  • Excellent communicator who drives clarity, tailoring messages to technical, business, and executive audiences according to their needs.

  • Working understanding of change control, validation/qualification, and regulatory requirements.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
