Role Purpose
The PMO & Value Creation Lead serves as the central PMO for DPS Israel, while also leading customer-facing value creation initiatives across hospitals and clinics. The role combines strategic execution with direct engagement in healthcare system improvement, driving projects that enhance clinical workflows, patient pathways, and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Strategic Execution
Serve as the DPS Israel PMO, ensuring governance, tracking, and execution of key strategic initiatives
Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
Drive visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies through structured executive reporting
Support leadership in prioritization, planning, and resource allocation
Ensure alignment and coordination across functions to deliver on business objectives
Responsible for RIM and Data Security management
Value Creation & Customer Projects
Lead hospital- and clinic-based projects focused on improving operational efficiency and clinical workflows
Drive implementation of digital solutions to enhance OR performance, clinic flow, and patient pathways
Develop tailored service models and processes to improve customer experience and outcomes
Identify value creation opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem and translate them into actionable projects
Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Development
Engage with key stakeholders across hospitals and healthcare systems (clinical, administrative, and management levels)
Identify unmet customer needs and co-develop solutions in partnership with customers
Support and lead initiatives such as PPO projects, OR optimization, and clinic flow improvements
Act as a strategic partner to customers, positioning DPS as a value-adding partner beyond products while working closely with DPS management and sales force
Education
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
MBA – strong advantage
Experience
5–7+ years in PMO / Consulting / Strategy / Healthcare projects-
Experience leading cross-functional and customer-facing projects
Experience working with healthcare systems / hospitals – strong advantage
Proven track record in driving transformation or value creation initiatives
Skills & Competencies

Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
