Role: Zonal Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:
The role will be responsible for Sales of Ethicon Wound Closure & Bio Surgery portfolio in Key Private accounts as well as few govt accounts in Mumbai. The individual is also responsible for KOL Management / Market Development Activities / OT demonstrations for the defined territory. Achieves/exceeds sales targets for the business within a designated territory, and in a manner, consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals. The Individual Contributor is responsible for closing the sale and positively impacting customer's satisfaction. Has thorough knowledge of the products responsible, and maintains a good understanding of customers’ needs, as well as competitive developments in the marketplace. Develops long-term positive customer relationships, building loyalty and confidence in J&J Medical as a preferred supplier
Key Responsibilities :
Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision.
Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Clinical Sales - Surgeons strategy.
Drives stakeholder engagement, which includes communicating, influencing, and providing comprehensive solutions.
Applies practical knowledge of the Clinical Sales - Surgeons field to administer best in class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area, under general supervision.
Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area.
Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Clinical Sales - Surgeons strategy.
Communicates information throughout the clinical sales area to ensure employees stay well-informed on product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines.
Documents and maintains customer account information and sets up reporting to monitor sales pipeline.
Proactively drives data-driven account and HCP targeting and opportunity identification using available analytics tools; and track progress against pipeline.
Expands and maintains a broad knowledge base to become the Product Expert within assigned geography.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
Education:
You will be a science graduate or MBA preferably
You will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in healthcare required.
