Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Associate Process Coordinator, Communications & Events to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) – Centralized Admin Network (CAN) located in Beerse, Belgium.
About the Centralized Admin Network (CAN)
The Centralized Admin Network (CAN) is a global organization within Global Clinical Operations (GCO), delivering standardized, centralized administrative and operational services across regions and functions.
CAN operates through a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, bringing together specialized capabilities such as Communications & Events, Executive Support, Resourcing, and Cross-Country Support.

The Communications & Events CoE is a key pillar within CAN, responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and process-driven communication and event services that support engagement, collaboration, and execution across GCO.
As CAN continues to evolve, there is a strong focus on enhancing service maturity, leveraging digital tools, and building a predictable, data-driven service model that enables sustainable scale and continuous improvement.

Position Overview
The Associate Process Coordinator, Communications & Events is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of standardized communication and event services across Global Clinical Operations (GCO).
This role operates within the Communications & Events Center of Excellence (CoE) in the GCO Centralized Admin Network (CAN), a global organization delivering centralized, scalable, and process-driven services.
The position plays a key role in executing high-quality service delivery aligned to defined processes and contributing to the continuous evolution of the CoE model.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Execution
· Deliver end-to-end communication and event services in line with defined processes, timelines, and quality standards.
· Manage the intake-to-delivery lifecycle with structured prioritization and clear handoffs.
Process & Service Management
· Execute standardized processes, templates, and tools.
· Maintain visibility through trackers and dashboards.
Stakeholder Experience & Engagement
· Translate stakeholder needs into structured service requests.
· Provide transparent communication and status updates.
Service Optimization & Continuous Improvement
· Identify improvement opportunities and support scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in administrative coordination, communications, events, or operational support.
