Purpose:
Digital & Data Analytics Manager is responsible for translating business needs into strategies and executable action plans to deploy innovative Digital & Data Analytics Solutions across Biosense Webster to support Digital Transformation. It is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to support successful implementation of program phases to assure value-added solutions for the achievement of business objectives.
This role will also provide a clear structure for program prioritization and effective change management to drive adoption and value capture from digital initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
For those who supervise or manage staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Development and implementation of a comprehensive Digital & Data Analytics strategy that aligns with business goals, including roadmap definition.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in data analytics, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and resources.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members, promoting growth and engagement.
Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and recognize achievements to motivate team members.
Lead functions in the definition of objective, scope, methods, benefits and captures stakeholders’ requirements from an identified problem.
Definition of department standards to ensure the successful implementation of Digital & Analytics program.
Actively participates in yearly business plan definition.
Definition and maintenance of portfolio prioritization process, including participation in business cases evaluation.
Lead translation of business needs into Digital & Analytics Solutions, by implementing the requirements management process to meet customer, stakeholders & IT systems demand.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital health and analytics.
Manage budget and resources of the department.
Management of a digital and data science program with multiple complex projects.
Support team solving escalated risks and obstacles.
Effective and transparent communication towards managerial levels of the organization on status, results and make risks clear where appropriate.
Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Efficiently manage problems and remove team obstacles and propose solutions.
Promote an agile environment to achieve project objectives.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.
Generally, requires 8-10 years’ work experience.
Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and procedures.
Demonstrate expertise in designing and architecting solutions for applications used in production floor and support areas.
Demonstrate compliance with software development and testing methodologies.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred with working knowledge of project management processes & tools.
Strong capabilities in agile frameworks.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
5+ years in roles that build a tangible business impact through digitalization, analytics, and data science.
Experience in digital and analytics strategies definition.
Strong understanding of agile and lean software development principles and values with proven experience working in a cross-functional team.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Applications.
