Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS Finance Solutions & Innovation Manager, based on multiple locations supporting GS ATR, ITC and Compliance scope. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services and compliance— in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world. Our strong knowledge of our customers’ financial processes, understanding of their requirements, controls, and business drivers, and a continuous-improvement mindset allow us to deliver consistently high-quality operational results worldwide. The GS FS&I Manager supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
• Supports the GS Finance to execute FS&I projects according to the project strategy and milestones
• Partner effectively with key stakeholders across different functions, including external consulting companies involved on FS&I projects
• Responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders and senior leadership. Communication includes project meeting minutes, monthly updates and any status or project detail information needed
• Lead, support and engage the GS FS&I team members, providing valuable feedback and guidance
• Lead the review and analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet related to the divested or acquired business
• Ensure accuracy on carve-in/out process to support the preparation of “stand alone company” financial statements
• Ensure effective change and risk management of project plans
• Drive accountability to ensure delivering project specific financial commitments, key milestones and outcomes
