We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Excellence Head to elevate our commercial capabilities across the Surgery Business in APAC. This leadership role is vital in driving operational efficiency, optimizing sales effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead our Challenger Strategy across APAC to build capabilities across markets aligned with Global
Trusted advisor on Critical Leadership Agenda & Execution of Surgery plans across APAC.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives and ensure APAC Surgery is on track to meet objectives
Serve as Chief of Staff to provide strategic support to the President, Surgery APAC in a variety of areas spanning across the end-to-end business, and to develop solutions in support of growth and organizational effectiveness
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and
Insights & Analytics
- Through a strong insights plan, generate and deploy key insights and action that will provide direction to the business in the short term, mid-term and long term
- Create and administer common set of dashboards and tools to track the most important aspects of the business
- Lead the performance management system for the business, fueled by relevant scorecards and measures and will bias to action
- Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of business databases and systems critical to drive the business
- Be an active participant in, and contributor to, enterprise data strategy initiatives
Commercial Excellence / SFE
Set the benchmarks in terms of commercial performance for the commercial team
Continuous monitoring and course correction
Leads & Develops Shared Capabilities across both Surgery & Electrophysiology businesses in APAC in the areas of:
Leading in Pricing & Revenue Assurance: Partner with commercial, finance, and regulatory teams to embed pricing excellence and revenue assurance, to optimize margin realization and enable sustainable growth and disciplined execution
Project Butterfly (CRM): Lead, shape and deliver successful deployment of Butterfly execution in Asia Pacific
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the commercial teams.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
10+ years of experience in commercial roles within MedTech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences sectors.
Proven expertise in commercial excellence, sales transformation, or related areas.
Strong understanding of the APAC healthcare landscape, customer behaviors, and regulatory environment.
Demonstrated success in leading large, multicultural teams and managing change.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and digital transformation strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
