Position Summary 職務概要:
本ポジションは、DPSグローバルのデジタル戦略と連携しながら、DPS Japanにおけるデジタル戦略に基づいたデータ基盤の整備をリードする役割を担います。CRM、ERP、DWHなど複数の主要システム・データ基盤を横断して、データガバナンスの強化、データ品質の向上、業務促進のためのデータ環境整備をリードします。コマーシャル部門、IT部門、グローバルチームと協働し、データを活用した意思決定と業務改善に貢献します。
Key Responsibilities 主な職務内容:
- 全社事業戦略に沿ったデータ戦略の立案および推進
- CRM、ERP、DWHなど複数システムにまたがるデータ基盤のガバナンス設計・運用管理
- 将来の事業成長を見据えたデータアーキテクチャの設計、ロードマップ策定、および実行
- データ品質の向上およびデータ管理プロセスの整備・改善
- システム間のデータ連携・統合の最適化および標準化の推進
- BI／アナリティクスおよびデジタル関連チームと連携したデータ活用基盤の整備
- コマーシャル部門の課題や要件を整理し、データ活用施策や仕組みへ落とし込むための支援
- IT部門およびグローバルチームと協働したシステム・データ基盤の最適化
Required Experiences, Skills and Qualifications 求める経験・スキル・資格など:
- データ戦略、データマネジメント、データアーキテクチャのいずれかの領域における実務経験
- ERP、DWH、CRM、データ連携、マスターデータ管理など、企業のデータ基盤に関する基礎的な理解
- IT部門などの関連部門と連携し、コマーシャル要件を整理して実行可能な仕組みやプロセスに落とし込んだ経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント、および多様な関係者との調整・合意形成能力
- 複雑な課題を整理・構造化し、具体的なアクションへ落とし込む能力
- 日本語での高いコミュニケーション力および文書作成能力
- グローバルまたはクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトに参画し、英語で関係者と連携した経験
- CRMプラットフォーム（例：SFDC、D365等）や関連システムの導入・運用経験 (Preferred)
- データガバナンスやマスターデータ管理の実務経験 (Preferred)
- BI／アナリティクス領域と連携し、データ活用を推進した経験 (Preferred)
- 英語での業務遂行能力（会議参加、メール、資料作成を含む）
