We are searching for the best talent for HCC Analyst.

Purpose:

This role is responsible for supporting Healthcare Compliance (HCC) program operations by ensuring that business activities are conducted in alignment with internal policies, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. The position will play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance monitoring, and facilitating reporting processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct preliminary reviews of business requests to ensure alignment with internal HCC policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Accurately and timely update and document HCC-related activities in local, regional, and global systems
  • Support the reporting process to industry associations in accordance with applicable industry codes and standards
  • Participate in HCC monitoring programs to ensure that business activities are compliant with internal policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related inquiries and requirements
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects related to HCC operations and compliance management

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred)
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, healthcare industry, or related function preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare environment is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with high accuracy
  • Basic understanding of compliance, ethics, or regulatory frameworks is preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in Korean and working proficiency in English required
