The Opportunity
A newly created role, the ANZ Service Coordinator & Technical Specialist, will support both the Surgery & Electrophysiology (EP) businesses across Australia and New Zealand, primarily responsible for driving growth of service revenue by managing service contracts post sales opportunities including contract lifecycle renewals and efficiently coordinating service logistics, ensuring timely and effective management of all Surgery & EP service activities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer complaints and work orders for capital equipment. You will also be accountable for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through the timely and accurate processing of work orders, ensuring all issues are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
About You
- Degree qualified in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical Mechatronic, Robotic), or a Trade/Vocational Certified Service/Electrical Technician
- Proven experience in service coordination, sales, or operations within the healthcare or medical device sector
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across functions
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement impactful service programs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
