DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a SFA, EPM Analyst Pool, Finance Tech, located in Raynham, MA.
This role supports the Finance Technology organization by delivering analytics, planning, and reporting capabilities within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms. The SFA, EPM Analyst partners closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes. This position plays a meaningful role in improving financial insight, data quality, and decision‑making across DePuy Synthes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of EPM solutions used for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop, maintain, and validate financial models, dashboards, and reports to support business performance analysis.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root‑cause analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
Support period‑end, forecast, and budget cycles, including system updates and user support.
Document processes, controls, and system changes in alignment with internal governance and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required:
4–6 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, EPM, FP&A, or finance systems roles.
Hands‑on experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Experience working with large datasets and financial systems or EPM platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard financial analysis tools.
Preferred:
Experience with EPM tools (e.g., planning, consolidation, or management reporting platforms).
Background in a matrixed, global, or highly regulated environment.
Knowledge of finance data governance, controls, or SOX‑related processes.
Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
Exposure to automation, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical partners.
Other:
Language: English (business proficiency required).
Travel: Limited; may include occasional domestic travel (<10%).
Certifications: Finance or systems certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, or EPM‑related certifications) preferred but not required.
