THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Account Manager, you will lead a strategically important Queensland territory across one of our priority hematology portfolios. This is a senior customer-facing role requiring the ability to build trusted partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders across public and private healthcare settings.
Reporting to the National Business Manager for Hematology, you will develop and execute account strategy, identify growth opportunities, and work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes. Success in this role will require sound judgment, strategic focus, and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and influence. This role will partner closely with the CAR-T team to ensure alignment on strategy and priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver sales performance and lead territory execution across Queensland.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships across key accounts and priority healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account strategies that identify opportunities, support growth, and strengthen portfolio performance.
- Communicate complex clinical and technical information in a manner that is credible, insightful, and commercially effective.
- Partner effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience and sustainable business outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
- A strong and proven track record of sales success, ideally within specialty care, hospital, or other complex healthcare environments.
- Experience in hematology or oncology would be highly regarded.
- Well-developed commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, translate insight into action, and tailor engagement to customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex account environments and build credibility with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a strong appreciation of the competitive landscape.
- High emotional intelligence, a collaborative working style, and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for patients and customers.
