We recruiting for a Product Manager, Decision Products, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Bogota, Colombia
HR Data & Intelligence sits at the heart of Johnson & Johnson’s HR Digital ecosystem, architecting the intelligence layer that shapes how the company understands, engages, and mobilizes its global workforce. This organization builds and operationalizes enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI capabilities that do more than inform decisions—they reshape how HR plans, predicts, personalizes, and performs. As HR and business leaders need better ways to inform and answer complex questions about talent and workforce health, the organization is investing in a new generation of decision products designed to support richer exploration, contextual insight, and confident decision‑making in the flow of their day-to-day.
The Product Manager, Decision Products is the business product owner accountable for shaping how HR and business leaders inform and answer complex workforce decisions. This role owns the definition, delivery, and continuous evolution of a net‑new decision‑product capability—spanning visualization‑led and interactive decision experiences that move beyond dashboards to help leaders explore scenarios, understand trade‑offs, and determine appropriate actions related to talent and workforce.
The Product Manager, Decision Products has hands‑on responsibility for product discovery, prioritization, and delivery, working in close partnership with data science, data platform, data product, design, and HR stakeholders to translate real decision needs into scalable, trusted products.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for decision products focused on talent, capacity, skills, and workforce health, ensuring products address real decision needs rather than static reporting
Identify and prioritize high‑value workforce decision moments, partnering with HR and business leaders to understand the questions they need to answer and the actions they need to take
Translate complex workforce and talent questions into clear product requirements, user stories, and decision workflows, working closely with data science, data platform, data product, and design partners
Shape and deliver interactive decision experiences that enable scenario exploration, trade‑off analysis, and contextual understanding—moving beyond dashboards to support confident action
Partner with Data Platform, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality teams to ensure decision products are built on trusted, well‑defined, and performant data foundations
Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usability, decision impact, and business value, iterating products based on user feedback and observed outcomes
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or a related field
5 years of experience in product management, analytics product ownership, decision‑support products, or data‑driven digital products
Demonstrated experience owning end‑to‑end product discovery and delivery, including framing user problems, defining product requirements, and iterating based on feedback and outcomes
Proven ability to translate complex business and analytical questions into clear product concepts, user workflows, and decision experiences
Experience working closely with data and engineering teams, with enough fluency to reason about data availability, model outputs, and constraints
Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with experience working directly with business and HR leaders to understand decision needs and trade‑offs
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product intent, decisions, and outcomes to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Preferred:
Experience building or managing decision‑support, analytics, or AI‑enabled products that help users reason through scenarios or make trade‑offs
Familiarity with interactive, conversational, or guided decision experiences, even if early‑stage or experimental
Experience in HR, people analytics, workforce planning, talent, or enterprise decision‑support domains
Exposure to visualization platforms, analytics tools, or self‑service BI environments
Experience operating in a product‑led or agile delivery model within a large, matrixed organization
