Within this organization, the Reporting & Visualization team is responsible for building standardized, enterprise‑grade reporting and visualization assets that form part of the broader HR analytics ecosystem.

The Reporting & Visualization Builder is responsible for building and maintaining standardized reporting and visualization assets that form part of the enterprise analytics ecosystem, supporting consistent insight delivery over time. Reporting to the Manager, Reporting & Visualization Lead, this role focuses on the hands‑on development of reports, dashboards, and visual assets across supported analytics platforms.

This role designs and builds enterprise‑grade reporting and visualizations across platforms including Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, and Databricks, applying established standards and patterns to ensure clarity, consistency, and reuse. The Reporting & Visualization Builder translates trusted data and analytic outputs into intuitive visual representations used by HR and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain enterprise‑grade reports and dashboards across supported platforms, including Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, and Databricks
  • Translate curated data products, workforce metrics, and analytics outputs into clear, accurate, and intuitive visualizations
  • Apply established visualization standards, templates, and design patterns to ensure consistency, usability, and reuse across reporting assets
  • Refine dashboards, address feedback, and improve visual clarity and performance
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Platform, Data Product, Data Quality, and HR stakeholders to ensure visualizations align to certified data sources and definitions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, performance, or visualization behavior
  • Contribute to documentation of reports and dashboards to support reuse and transparency

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience building reports and dashboards in enterprise analytics environments
  • Hands on experience building visualizations in one or more supported platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, Visier, and Workday reporting
  • Experience sourcing or visualizing data from Databricks or modern data platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and visual clarity

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or executive‑level reporting
  • Familiarity with visual design, accessibility, and data storytelling best practices
  • Experience working with curated datasets or semantic layers
  • Experience operating in environments with both operational and analytical reporting models

Other:

This position is located in Bangalore or Pune, India, or Manila, Philippines full-time and may require up to 10% travel, both domestic and international.
