The Senior Manager, Strategy and Performance Management is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and performance improvement across MedTech Deliver organization. This role leads a team responsible for Process Engineering, Kaizen, Performance Management, Data Analytics, and Strategy Deployment.
The position partners closely with Finance, Plan, Commercial, DC operations, Customer Excellence, Transportation, Quality, IT, Procurement, and regional/global supply chain teams to improve service, cost, quality, productivity and compliance. The role serves as a key catalyst for transformation initiatives, including process standardization, digitalization, automation, network optimization, and operational readiness for strategic product launch.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Deployment
-Support the development and execution of Deliver strategies aligned with business and supply chain objectives.
-Lead annual strategic planning and objective deployment processes.
-Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives and execution roadmaps.
-Establish governance mechanism to monitor progress against strategic goals.
-Support network optimization, operating model evolution, and capability development initiatives.
-Coordinate cross-functional programs that support long-term business growth and operational excellence.
Performance Management and Business Analytics
-Own Deliver performance management framework
-Develop KPI structures, dashboards, scorecards, and business review processes align with the global guidelines.
-Monitor operational and financial performance against targets.
Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
-Drive root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
-Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
-Lead monthly and quarterly business performance reviews
Operational Excellence and Kaizen
-Lead Deliver Kaizen portfolio
-Manage Process Engineering and Kaizen resources to deliver business impact
-Prioritize improvement initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment
-Promote LSS, SS and problem-solving method across the organization
-Drive process standardization and best practice deployment across sites.
-Support automation, digitalization, and operational innovation initiatives
Transformation and Program Management
-Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Deliver operation.
-Establish program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and benefit
realization process.
-Partner with business and functional leaders to drive successful implementation of major
initiatives.
5. Organizational Capability and Leadership
-Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, process engineers, and kaizen
professionals.
-Build organizational capabilities in performance management, analytics, project
management, and operational excellence.
-Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous
Improvement
-Coach and develop future leaders within the organization
6. Stakeholder Management
-Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Finance, IT, Planning, Procurement, CQ and
commercial team
-Influence stakeholders through data, business insights, and structured
recommendations.
-Communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives to senior
leadership.
Qualifications
Experience
-10+ years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation, Strategy or related disciplines
-5+ years of people leadership experience
-Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and business transformation programs
-Strong background in performance management, business analytics, and operational excellence
-Experience working with DC ops, Customer service, 3PL provider
-Consultant experience is a plus
-Experience influencing senior leaders and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
