The Regional Market Access Sr. Manager will support product launches, while ensuring successful access across the region.
The purpose of this role is to align innovative and value-added Janssen offers with the needs of a changing health system and business approach. This job holder will actively support the commercial objectives of the region through the development and execution of regional Market Access strategies and projects encompassing the TA.
You will be responsible for:
- Develops market access strategies case and instruments to support reimbursement and access of new and existing products.
- Designs and adapt regional access tools to optimize messaging and favorable perception of products as required.
- Gives input from access perspective to define and generate evidence to support the value proposition.
- Implements publication plans in support of key messages of the products.
- Supports and fosters strong working relationships with sales, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, key stakeholders, top targeted accounts, and government societies.
- Effectively monitors and maps societal, policy developments and stakeholder positions and identifies opportunities and threats today and in the future, at the regional level that would undermine access goals.
- Liaises with the regional MAF and marketing teams, in order to ensure collaboration and cohesive brand planning including access priorities.
- Understanding and monitoring of pricing landscape for competition and regulations.
- Provides input and shares best practices and key achievements with the rest of the team
- Provides support and input on the HEOR studies.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a business or life sciences related discipline. Master in Healthcare discipline or Business desired
- 5-8 years of multi-disciplinary experience and functional expertise should include depth in a healthcare area such as marketing, government affairs/public policy, pricing, reimbursement, medical affairs
- English written & spoken
- May require up to 50% travel (region and international).
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry within a pharmaceutical (or related) company
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical products launching
- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese. High level of English
