Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the Recruitment Process Insourcing (RPI) team in Bogota, Colombia.

How can Talent Acquisition better anticipate hiring needs, influence business decisions, and deliver consistently strong outcomes? This role plays a key part in answering that.

As part of Global Services, the RPI Talent Acquisition Manager leads the delivery of hiring across sophisticated and high-volume environments while strengthening a more agile, data-driven, and digitally enabled recruitment model. The role brings together team leadership, operational rigor, and strategic partnership to ensure hiring outcomes align with both immediate and long-term business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Partners in the region, ensuring consistent delivery while building capability across the group. Coaching and feedback are embedded into day-to-day ways of working to strengthen performance, increase confidence, and elevate impact.

Operational excellence remains central! The role ensures recruitment processes are effective, consistent, and compliant, with strong focus on data accuracy and principled execution. It also drives continuous improvement efforts, including automation and process simplification, while aligning team capacity to evolving hiring demand.

A digital-first approach is critical! The role supports adoption of recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and promotes the use of analytics to guide workforce decisions. This includes encouraging experimentation, building adoption across the team, and strengthening data-driven thinking.

Strong business understanding is essential to success. The role translates business priorities into practical recruiting strategies and supports the team in bringing insights, market context, and recommendations into hiring partner conversations.

Business partnering is a core part of the role, encouraging relationships across business and project teams while ensuring alignment on hiring goals. Partnerships with leaders focus on shaping effective hiring strategies that balance immediate delivery with longer-term workforce planning.

The role also brings transparency to performance through data and insights, helping identify trends, inform decisions, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership of a regional team.
  • Experience leading high-volume or complex recruitment delivery
  • Strong talent attraction and talent acquisition advisorship and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Expertise in talent market insights, pipeline strategy, and recruitment analytics
  • Experience in global, shared services, or offshore recruiting environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives
