Key Responsibilities
- To gain MS, increase CARTO case and drive increased value per case
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Lead in building account plans and execute with excellence
- Track and analyse sales according to guidelines from Clinical Sales Lead, using Sales Analysis reports and platforms
- Manage orders, backorders, stock and consignment, as per company and hospital agreements/contracts. Be compliant with company stock management targets.
- Manage and track hardware placements, work with company clinical engineering and hospital technical services departments
- Support the customer in the use of specific products during cases, coach on product usage
- Represent the product portfolio to the customer in a competent & professional manner
- Focus on customer ‘training’ to achieve account
- Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage
- Maintain annual certifications and new product training, as required, to ensure proficiency. Pass rate to be achieved on all tests and exams.
- Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
- Be prepared to travel and support cases as business requires over and above allocated accounts
Field Service Engineer
- Execute installation, configuration, and commissioning of technology
- Proactively identify potential trouble spots and failure modes and design mitigations and preventive controls to minimize risk.
- Triage, manage, and resolve support cases related to new technology; provide timely escalation and effective resolutions.
- Ensure installation and operations comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements; implement change control as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships for technical support, firmware updates, and escalation paths.
- Be available for on-call support or field visits as part of the deployment and post-launch stabilization phase.
- Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into actionable business implications
Service and Maintenance
- Perform corrective maintenance, address breakdowns, and identify root causes to maximize equipment uptime and service Cardiovascular equipment in the field.
- Enhance troubleshooting skills
- Complete assigned work orders and maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and key contacts.
Required Skills
- Proven sales success within the EP medical environment advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and be target driven
- Must be self-disciplined, organised
- Fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
- Can work independently with a sense of individual drive.
- High learning agility
- Degree in Clinical Engineering
