Job Description:

Clinical Trial Trainee

Duration: 12 months

Location: Prague

Join Johnson & Johnson as a Clinical Trial Trainee.

This outstanding opportunity is open to final-year students or fresh graduates interested in working in the field of drug development. In this position, trainees will have the chance to learn various aspects of clinical trials, including regulatory rules, the basics of ICH GCP (Good Clinical Practice), gain basic therapeutic area knowledge and insights into the work of a Clinical Research Associate.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) that you will learn in this program include:

Performing site identification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

Providing administrative and logistic support to sites and the local team in supervising the trial's progress, handling study data and budget, organizing meetings, and other relevant tasks.

Supervising study drug distribution and ensuring proper handling at the site.

Collecting, reviewing, and tracking regulatory documents, site documentation, agreements, and training documentation.

Evaluating the quality and integrity of documents and clinical trial site practices.

Broad experience in clinical research by shadowing an experienced CRA and gaining an overview of other positions in the clinical research department.

Requirements:

We are seeking fresh university graduates or students in their final year of university.

Bachelor's or University degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, or Medicine.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Advanced English and Czech language skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
