Shanghai, ChinaJob Description:
1. Build QMS quality system based on regulations and J&J requirements and continuously improving Quality system and compliance.
2. Responsible for Change Management,. Facilitate NPI (New Product Introduction) processes to accelerate compliant product launches in China under an increasingly complex regulatory framework.
3. Support GPMS to manage the product complaints and AEs. Manage product complaints and adverse event (AE) processes to safeguard patient safety and maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of escalation processes, field actions in response to emerging quality risks.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
