We are searching for the best talent for Technical Service Product Team Leader role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

Purpose:

The Technical Service Product Team Leader will lead the Technical Service Product team and serve as the direct responsible individual for Technical Service activities within R&D and Operations. This role represents Technical Service requirements in new product introduction and lifecycle management projects, drives TS-related initiatives, supports field communication, and ensures serviceability considerations are embedded throughout product development and manufacturing processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Technical Service Product Leader team, including priorities, workload, execution, team meetings, performance alignment, and professional development.

  • Acting as the Technical Service focal point across NPI and LCM projects, ensuring TS requirements are reflected in relevant project phases and deliverables.

  • Defining service requirements and procedures for new products and supporting the transition from R&D to Service.

  • Partnering with project managers, operations project managers, R&D, Operations, Document Control, Regulatory, and WW Technical Service teams to improve product serviceability.

  • Managing Technical Service deliverables, collecting field feedback, maintaining project updates, and supporting troubleshooting and daily process efficiency.

  • Assessing and approving ECOs as the Technical Service SME, representing TS interests and communicating relevant notifications to WW Technical Service.

  • Owning and driving field communications, including Technical Notes, Technical Bulletins, Service Manuals, service documentation, and user guide updates in collaboration with Technical Communications and Localization.

  • Leading TS-related projects and continuous improvements in service documentation, processes, and overall team efficiency.

  • Supporting field service activities when needed, including backup support for the Israeli installed base and occasional support to the field force following required training.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Electronic, Biomedical, or Practical Engineering background; other engineering disciplines may be considered with relevant experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-tech company.

  • Experience working with R&D, Operations, Technical Service, product development, NPI, LCM, or field service environments.

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate field and service needs into product and process requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical English skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including in English.

  • Strong leadership, initiative, ownership, and ability to drive priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Service-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

  • Project-oriented approach with strong execution, follow-up, and continuous improvement capabilities.
