DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Americas Banking & Cash Management, located in Raynham, MA.
The Sr. Analyst, Americas Banking & Cash Management supports day‑to‑day treasury operations across the Americas, ensuring effective cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking execution. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding company liquidity, supporting business operations, and enabling informed financial decision‑making through accurate analysis and reporting. The position offers exposure to regional treasury activities, banking partners, and cross‑functional finance teams, making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in corporate treasury within a global medical technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity monitoring for Americas entities.
Execute and monitor routine banking and treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with bank account administration, including account openings, closures, and maintenance of authorized signatories.
Prepare and analyze treasury reports related to cash balances, banking fees, and transaction activity.
Support compliance with internal treasury policies, controls, and external banking requirements.
Partner with internal finance teams to resolve cash application, payment, or reconciliation issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing cash management processes and banking efficiency.
Support working capital optimization initiatives, including cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding activities.
Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, FP&A teams and GS on strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred: Coursework or concentration in Finance or Treasury-related disciplines.
Experience and Skills
Required:
2–4 years of relevant work experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or banking operations.
Foundational understanding of cash management, banking processes, or financial operations.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard financial tools.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment under close supervision.
Preferred:
Internship or entry‑level experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial services.
Hands-on experience with Treasury Technology solutions, particularly Kyriba
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in developing a long‑term career in corporate finance or treasury.
Other:
Language: English required.
Travel: Limited; primarily domestic, as needed.
Certifications: Treasury‑related certifications (e.g., CTP) preferred but not required.
