We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support business initiatives and operational activities, ensuring effective project coordination, execution, and performance monitoring. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and analytical professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to business objectives in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of business and operational initiatives.
Coordinate and track projects, timelines, and action plans.
Analyze information and prepare recommendations to support decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
Develop presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Promote the use of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence capabilities to enhance productivity.
Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of priorities and projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management (PMO), Program Support, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar functions within the pharmaceutical industry .
Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably within a regulated industry.
Advanced written and spoken English (required).
Fluent Portuguese or Spanish. (required).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and digital technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
