Purpose: The Business Unit Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial success of the Specialty Care business unit. This leadership role manages and motivates the marketing and sales teams, as well as cross-functional teams including access and medical affairs, to achieve business goals and maximize market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and lead Marketing and demand-generation strategies for Specialty Care portfolio, ensuring achievement of the 2026 business plan.
Lead annual brand planning, tactical execution, and budget management to drive sales growth, market share, and business performance.
Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends to optimize portfolio performance and support strategic decision-making.
Drive successful launch readiness and commercialization of new products, indications, and strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and flawless execution.
Oversee execution of strategies for LAT´s team.
Develop and lead the team under their responsibility: Product Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Representatives.
Validate, together with SFE, the sales quota and incentive plan each quarter.
Plan and manage the Marketing and Sales P&L.
Budget Management: Oversee business unit budgets, ensuring optimal investment and cost control across all functions.
Compliance: Ensure all business activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience managing marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of access and medical affairs functions.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial success in a competitive environment.
Advanced level of English.
Availability to Travel 25%
