SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位范围与基本目的
▪ Manage and execute the raw materials and packaging materials purchasing activities by category at Suzhou campus level or other project assigned. /管理和执行苏州产业园或项目指定的原材料、包装材料的采购
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)/ 主要职责/任务(以时间的百分比表示)
1. 40% - Purchasing order management and activities / 采购订单管理
2. 40% - Supplier communication and management /供应商管理和沟通
3. 20% - Projects support, and other assignments support from supervisors and other functions /项目支持和其它主管或部门指派的任务
ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
▪ Execute raw materials and packaging materials purchasing activities in line with procedures; /根据流程对原材料和包装材料进行计划和采购；
▪ Order management and Supplier management to make sure material availability to keep production running smoothly /订单管理、供应商管理以确保物料供应并保证生产正常运行；
▪ Support Sourcing team to maintain good supplier relationship and fix supply issue if have /支持采购团队维护供应商关系并解决供应问题；
▪ Work with Quality/SQE/Supplier on supplier quality issue and also defective parts return if have; / 支持质量、供应商质量管理团队解决供应商质量问题、不良品退货等；
▪ Collaboration with related functions for Inbound shipments and AP issues; / 和相关团队协作处理运输和应付账款问题；
▪ Support Localization projects and other assigned new projects; /支持采购本地化项目及其它新项目；
▪ Coordinate and support the purchasing reports and data collections in the team; /支持协调部门的相关采购报告
▪ Lead and support system and process improvement programs where appropriate; / 主导和支持流程和系统改进项目
