Job Description:

We currently recruiting for a TA Lead RPI Latam within the Recruitment Process In-sourcing (RPI) organization located in Bogotá, Colombia.

As a member of the RPI Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership and talent acquisition expertise across the Latin America region. As a player-coach, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while partnering closely with business leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies that support business priorities and workforce planning objectives.

In This Exciting Role, You Will

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals across the LATAM region, ensuring hiring outcomes are aligned with strategic business objectives and organizational priorities. You will drive recruitment delivery, optimize team performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across recruiting processes.
  • Empower team members to achieve and exceed service expectations by providing coaching, development, and ongoing feedback. You will manage workload distribution, assess team performance, and ensure effective resource allocation to meet hiring demands and service level commitments.
  • Drive innovative talent attraction strategies and diversity hiring initiatives to build sustainable, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding, and communication processes are executed efficiently while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Serve as a strategic Talent Advisor to business leaders, HR, and hiring managers by influencing hiring decisions through talent market insights, recruiting analytics, workforce trends, and data-driven recommendations. You will help leaders identify the skills and capabilities needed for success while promoting effective and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Champion operational excellence through strong process governance, compliance, and data integrity. You will leverage recruiting technology, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency, support workforce planning discussions, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
  • Build strong partnerships across Human Resources, Recruitment Operations, Talent Intelligence, and business leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of talent acquisition strategies throughout the region.

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, complex, or specialized recruitment delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnership capabilities.
  • Experience using recruitment metrics, analytics, and market insights to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop recruiting teams and hiring leaders.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities and changing business demands.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are required. ´ Portuguese is preferred but not required

Preferred

  • Experience working within shared services, RPO, outsourcing, or offshore recruiting environments.
  • Experience supporting regional or global recruitment teams.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent market intelligence, and talent attraction strategies.
  • Experience leading transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting technologies and digital sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed and global organizations.
