We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our JnJ MedTech Ethicon team in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage promotional materials (softcopy and hardcopy files).
- Organize and manage NFHU samples.
- Plan, organize, and support marketing activities, including coordination with the sales team for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare data analysis for monthly forecasting.
- Organize and manage EES marketing events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Available to work onsite at the office at least three times per week, with remote work on other days.
- Willing to work on weekends when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in design and development of promotional materials.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates learning agility, adaptability to change, and a growth mindset.
