Response, Remediation & Assurance

• Support reviews of potential compliance issues, deviations, inquiries and escalations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Support investigations, disciplinary/governance processes and remediation activities as assigned, including root-cause insights and follow-up of corrective actions.

• Support readiness and coordination for internal or external compliance audits and assurance activities, including organized evidence and follow-up actions.

Innovation, Projects & One HCC Collaboration

• Lead or participate in local, regional, cross-sector and enterprise HCC projects and working groups based on evolving business and compliance priorities. • Apply an operational excellence mindset to simplify complexity, reduce friction, improve processes and responsibly leverage data and emerging technologies. • Share insights and best practices across One HCC and help shape internal and external environments as appropriate.
