- Responsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve the business' objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget.
- At this level, the position has a direct contribution to the development of business and/or functional strategies and typically, responsibility for managing multiple teams of professionals.
- Directs marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long range sales volumes and projects are achieved.
- Provides input for the development of products which anticipate and serve a customer need/solution approach.
- Oversees the development of sales processes and pricing models.
- Motivates marketing and sales staff. Coaches and mentors subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.
- Develops and implements short and long range sales and marketing plans.
- Formulates marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit. Identifies new markets and applications to assure volume growth
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly develop followership amount teams.
- Track record of successful recruitment and development of people managers and strong leadership team
- Proven history of achieving business results over time including sustained business growth in develop markets
- Demonstrated success of collaboration and interface with critical internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface.
- Broad business acumen and full P&L management experience.
- Demonstrated ability of driving necessary strategic change to meet changing business needs, and exploring new business models.
- Multi-function experience; understands business processes, compliance, high negotiation skills and has passion to achieve sustained, superior results.
- Visionary leadership, preferably demonstrated in different business environments and models

- Global mindset, experience in different cultures and marketplaces preferred.
