Employees at J&J receive 12 weeks of paid leave during the first year of a new child’s arrival into their family. This applies to all types of parents: maternal, paternal, adoptive, foster or surrogacy-assisted.

We believe taking time to heal from the loss of a loved one should never be an additional worry. At J&J, every employee around the globe has access to up to 30 days of dedicated paid leave time for bereavement.
