Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own and lead the overall brand strategy for Tecvayli, ensuring alignment with BU priorities and company objectives.
  • Drive long-term business planning and identify growth opportunities through deep customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Develop strategies to enhance patient access, market adoption, and brand competitiveness.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the BU leadership team based on business performance evaluation and market dynamics.

Brand & Business Management

  • Develop and execute integrated annual brand plans with clear business objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead holistic tactical planning and ensure high-quality execution to maximize brand growth and business performance.
  • Monitor brand performance and proactively optimize strategies and resource allocation to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Manage brand investment and support business planning processes to maximize return on investment.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Act as a key leader within the MM CVT, fostering strong collaboration and shared accountability across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Sales and other key functions.
  • Influence and align internal stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution and business delivery.
  • Partner proactively with Regional and Global teams to leverage best practices and represent local market needs.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach and develop one direct report to build a high-performance team culture.
  • Drive capability building and talent development initiatives within the Business Unit.
  • Promote ownership, innovation and continuous improvement across the team.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with BU Head to drive operational effectiveness and organizational excellence.
  • Support sales force capability enhancement and field execution excellence.
  • Drive process simplification and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; background in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including strong marketing experience in multinational companies.
  • Demonstrated success in brand leadership and business management with accountability for strategic planning and business results.
  • Oncology and/or hematology experience is highly preferred; experience in innovative specialty products is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders; people management experience is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead in a complex matrix organization and drive organizational alignment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, customer-centric approach, and strong execution capability.
  • Fluent in English.
