Job Description:

Position: Director, Regional Commercial Strategy, Autoantibody Disease

Purpose of the Role

Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, performance, and competitiveness of the APAC Autoantibody portfolio (gMG, wAIHA, SjD, SLE), with accountability spanning:

  • Early pipeline shaping
  • Launch excellence (including IMAAVY and future indications)
  • In-market growth and lifecycle optimization
  • Positioning APAC as a critical contributor to Global Immunology strategy

Key Scope & Accountabilities

  • Regional ownership of the Autoantibody portfolio across APAC
  • Full lifecycle responsibility from pipeline through launch and growth
  • Enterprise-level strategic planning and execution
  • Investment prioritization and ROI optimization
  • Leadership of cross-functional regional ecosystem and OpCo alignment
  • Influence on both regional execution and global strategic direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and/or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required.
  • A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.
  • Team leadership experience
  • Therapeutic area expertise preferred
  • Up to 50% travel across APAC
