What is J&J’s leadership development program for finance?
Our Finance Leadership Development Program is a full-time, global experience in which participants:
- Complete two rotations spanning multiple areas of finance and accounting in hiring region. The first is 18 months long, the second is 12 months
- Build a network and develop leadership skills while moving across locations and business units
- Complete challenging assignments across multiple financial disciplines, including accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, internal auditing and more
- Gain expertise through five weeks of classroom and e-learning activities, with a focus on core leadership and business competencies as well as technical skills, process excellence, value creation and healthcare industry economics
- Be supported in the pursuit of CMA or CPA certifications while participating in the program
