What is the Finance MBA Leadership Development Program?
Designed as a dynamic leadership accelerator, the program empowers you with the experience, exposure and confidence to tackle complex business challenges, contribute to meaningful decisions and create real impact in healthcare. Through immersive learning and opportunities to take on new and demanding problems, you’ll grow into a finance leader ready to drive what’s next.
The program comprises two tracks:
- A full-time, four-year program for U.S. graduate students enrolled in full-time MBA programs and graduating in May 2027
- A 10-week summer internship for U.S. graduate students enrolled in full-time MBA programs and graduating in May 2028
The full-time, four-year MBA finance leadership program
- Join J&J as a manager for two rotations across multiple functional areas, from treasury to business development to supply chain.
- Experience key areas of the business, including marketing and sales, market access, commercial insights, strategy and analytics.
- Develop leadership and technical skills through immersive training sessions, action-based learning modules, and mentorship from senior finance leaders
- Grow through exposure to top-level management across diverse business areas including corporate finance, research and development, sales and marketing, and supply chain
- Complete a professional certification exam—CMA or CPA—as part of the program
The MBA finance summer internship
Join J&J for a 10-week summer program, which includes training for both technical and soft skills along with mentorship, networking opportunities and access to an alumni network.
This track can lead to an early offer for admission to the full-time Finance MBA Leadership Development Program role upon completion of your MBA.
- Must be a graduate student enrolled in a full-time MBA Program graduating in May 2028
- Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
- A record of strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership capabilities

- A record of strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
