The program
Be at the forefront of technology, working across areas from software engineering to data science. The Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is a challenging career accelerator designed for college graduates passionate about careers in technology. Gain real-world experience in business analysis and project management as you learn how to use state-of-the-art technology to create solutions at scale across an enterprise.

The opportunity
A two-year career acceleration program concentrating on developing skills to build a future-focused organization
Provides opportunities and assignments in roles such as business technologist and business analyst in any of the following capability areas:
- Data engineering and analytics
- Data/decision science
- Intelligent automation
- Cybersecurity
- Customer (digital) experiences
- Experience design (XD)
- Commercial excellence
- Software engineering
- Cloud/DevOps/security
- Scientific and digital health technologies
Comprehensive training for both job-specific and professional development curriculum, including on-the-job, virtual and in-classroom training plus certifications in specialized areas
Access to mentors and coaching to provide support throughout the program, plus visibility to executive management sponsorship

Who we’re looking for
Our ideal candidates have a passion for—and advanced knowledge of—leading and emerging technologies. They must have a strategic mindset and possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment and take the initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.
- A bachelor’s degree received within 12 months of start date
- Academic achievement as proven by an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- The desire and ability to relocate geographically within the U.S.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, business insights and technical skills
- A passion for emerging technologies
- Advanced analytical skills
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
