Job Overview
The Manager, GDCL oUS E2E (MX) is responsible for leading end‑to‑end (E2E) Global Distribution & Customer Logistics (GDCL) operations supporting the U.S. business from Mexico. This role ensures seamless execution across order management, logistics coordination, and customer fulfillment activities while maintaining strong compliance, service, and cost performance. The position plays a critical role in enabling reliable supply, improving customer experience, and driving operational excellence through cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end GDCL operations supporting U.S. customer fulfillment from Mexico.
Ensure consistent execution across order processing, logistics coordination, and customer delivery activities.
Manage and develop a team responsible for E2E operational performance and issue resolution.
Partner with U.S. Customer Service, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Trade teams to align priorities and resolve cross‑border issues.
Monitor key performance indicators related to service, cost, quality, and compliance; identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, trade compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Support implementation and optimization of systems, tools, and processes related to GDCL operations.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
Experience and Skills
Required:
6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, customer logistics, or operations roles.
Prior people‑management experience, including coaching and performance management.
Experience managing end‑to‑end operational processes in a cross‑border environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience supporting U.S. distribution or customer logistics from Mexico.
Familiarity with trade compliance, cross‑border transportation, or customs processes.
Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
Familiarity with ERP, order management, or supply chain systems.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Other
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Travel: Up to 15%, including travel to the United States.
Certifications: Supply chain, logistics, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
