Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking 2 interns to join our Clinical Operations Team located in Milan.
Activities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support in tracking progress of the trial, management of study data, budget, organizing meetings, mailing and correspondence, materials, drug distribution and other relevant tasks as appropriate in adherence to relevant SOPs, policies, and local regulatory requirements.
- Supports the local study team in performing site feasibility and/or country feasibility.
- Support the maintenance of information in relevant systems
- Support the activities aimed at ensuring current versions of the required trial documents, trial-related materials and supplies are provided to the investigation site within required time frames, as applicable.
- Supporting the collection, processing and archiving of study related documents as appropriate.
- The interns will be supporting activities related with the pre-trial assessment, subject recruitment and retention planning, site initiation, on-site and remote monitoring, close-out activities sites.
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences as CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Italian
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate
