Job Summary
This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering non‑routine, high‑impact sales support to the Neurosciene Sales team. The incumbent compliantly executes sales and sales‑related activities, provides value‑added customer and stakeholder support, and leverages data, insights, and technology to enable effective commercial execution. The position plays a key role in driving informed customer decision‑making, strengthening account performance, and supporting business growth.
This role is eligible for sales incentives / commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Provide compliant sales and sales support for all assigned Neuroscience products and applications.
- Deliver comprehensive product, service, and clinical information to prospective customers to support well‑informed purchasing decisions.
- Respond to inquiries from newly converted customers and provide ongoing support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.
- Attend trade shows, congresses, and industry events to stay current with industry trends, products, and market dynamics.
Data, Insights & Territory Support
- Interpret and analyze sales data for assigned Neuroscience products within a defined geographic area.
- Generate and share key customer insights, trends, and opportunities with colleagues and stakeholders to support commercial planning.
- Apply a strong understanding of customer organizations, decision‑making networks, and external influences impacting customer choices.
Collaboration & Commercial Execution
- Communicate and collaborate with sales representatives around shared objectives to coordinate and optimize selling efforts.
- Support field execution by leveraging available technologies, CRM tools, marketing assets, and digital channels to enhance sales calls and customer engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes and adoption of new tools and capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required in Pharmacy or Life Science.
- Significant experience in sales support, field sales, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Neuroscience therapeutic areas is preferred.
- Proven ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in using sales technologies, CRM systems, and marketing assets.
- Able to travel to Northeast area (Hybrid - Bangkok/Northeast)
