Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery, located in Manila or Bogotá. The Learning Delivery team leads the end-to-end execution of learning programs, ensuring seamless logistics, high-quality delivery, and optimal vendor performance. Focuses on simplifying processes, reducing complexities, and fostering collaboration across functions and vendors. Applies data to generate key insights for continuous improvement, with a strong focus on enhancing the learner's experience and supports the delivery of both standardized and personalized onsite and virtual learning experiences across the organization.
This person is responsible for enabling high‑quality learning program execution through strong vendor management, operational excellence, and data‑driven insights.
The role focuses on end‑to‑end operational process, advanced analytics, vendor performance management, and continuous process improvement, ensuring accurate data, compliant financial processes, and measurable value delivery across onsite and virtual learning programs.
The Senior Analyst partners closely with Delivery SMEs, Finance, Procurement, and Learning stakeholders to translate LRM strategy into execution, while operating with autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset.
LRM Operating Model operates through two complementary dimensions to enable value:
LRM Delivery – Focused on execution, data accuracy, and process optimization.
LRM Business – Focused on analytics, value tracking, and decision‑making support.
Key Responsibilities:
LRM Delivery (Operational Execution)
Act as a senior subject matter expert for LRM processes, standards, and delivery requirements across assigned Learning Delivery teams.
Partner with Delivery SMEs to ensure alignment to LRM data, quality, and vendor engagement standards through regular touchpoints and operational guidance.
Ensure vendor operational data is accurate, complete, timely, and audit‑ready, supporting data quality governance.
Own and maintain delivery‑related metrics and reporting, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support day‑to‑day vendor coordination and adherence to vendor‑related guidelines to ensure smooth program execution.
Identify and support process simplification and optimization initiatives, partnering with SMEs to implement improvements.
Track execution data and quantify delivery efficiencies generated through process improvements.
Build and maintain delivery value tracking inputs (in alignment with Finance), capturing forecast vs. actual impact such as cost avoidance, productivity, and efficiency gains.
Support accurate closure of vendor‑related cases by monitoring open items and driving timely resolution with stakeholders.
LRM Business (Strategic & Financial Value)
Analyze vendor performance, quality, capacity, and risk indicators; highlight insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
Prepare stakeholder‑focused reports and dashboards related to vendor performance, cost trends, and budget efficiency.
Support identification and sizing financial impact from delivery initiatives (e.g., automation, workflow redesign, process improvements).
Maintain and contribute to LRM value‑capture trackers, ensuring data accuracy and traceability in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Learning Solutions, Delivery Leads, Operations Excellence, Global Services Operations, Finance, Procurement, Data & Analytics, and vendors) to enable execution and value realization.
Support enterprise or LRM‑wide initiatives and ad‑hoc analytical work as needed.

Resolve vendor and contract-related issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships.
Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
Education:
Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of eight (5) years of experience in vendor management, operations, finance or procurement is required.
Proven experience leading operational execution and reporting, with strong data governance and analytics skills (e.g., Excel/Power BI/Power Automate).
Proven experience in operational execution, reporting, and data accuracy/governance.
Demonstrated ability to support financial impact analysis (cost avoidance, savings, ROI) in partnership with Finance/Procurement.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Advanced vendor management (POs, contracts, vendor coordination).
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or similar).
Operational metrics tracking and continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of LMS/LXP tools.
Strong stakeholder collaboration, management and communication skills.
Understanding of on-site and virtual events logistics and participant experience advanced methodologies.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
Preferred experience in:
Exposure to budget management, invoice reconciliation, and chargeback processes.
Procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, MSAs, SOWs).
Compliance awareness (contracts, financial policies, data confidentiality).
Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or process excellence methodologies.
Practical exposure to automation or AI use cases in operations or analytics.
Background in Learning & Development, Shared Services, or similar operational models.
