The Finance Manager, Surgery Japan plays a critical role in supporting the Surgery business to achieve sustainable and profitable growth in the Japanese market. This position provides strong financial leadership and acts as a strategic business partner to commercial and functional leaders, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making and disciplined execution.
The role is responsible for financial planning and forecasting, performance management, and in‑depth financial analysis to support business strategy, pricing, investment decisions, and resource allocation. In addition, the Finance Manager drives cost efficiency and financial rigor while balancing short‑term performance delivery with long‑term value creation.
Through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, this position helps strengthen the financial foundation of the Surgery business and contributes to building a resilient, growth‑oriented organization.
