The Director of Market Access CoE is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and leading a high-impact centre of excellence that drives high-quality integrated pricing strategy, bidding strategy, early access strategy and capabilities across entire portfolio closely partnering with regional and local cross-functional teams;
Overall market access and pricing strategies
o Develop and own end to end pricing strategies for entire portfolio covering from early pipeline, launch, NRDL, to life cycle management
o Strategic access strategy for early pipelines and BD
o Business key cycle pricing planning
End-to-end Tendering strategy, policy and operation management
o Develop and lead the execution of tendering strategy at national and provincial levels;
o Manage external stakeholder engagement and policy shaping for pricing and procurement bureau under NHSA;
Policy analysis, market intelligence & capability building for entire integrated market access and government affair team
o Track, analyze, and forecast healthcare, reimbursement, pricing, tendering, HE, RWE policies, providing strategic opportunity and risk assessment;
o Develop policy position and shaping evidence
o Lead the design and implementation of capability building programs
Team leadership & development of a high-performing team and talent growth
o Foster a culture of C.O.E leadership behaivor, push beyond and GRIT
o Drive strategic rigor, execution excellence, collaboration and high compliance
