We are searching for the best talent for a Cell Therapy Account Lead (CTAL) role based in Dubai, UAE.

Purpose: The CTAL serves as a business partner to the site CAR-T lead physician, hospital management, and quality team. The role is responsible for developing the overall J&J cell therapy site strategic plan, acting as the primary point of contact for site setup and certification, and delivering a best-in-class stakeholder experience. The CTAL also serves as a key partner during ongoing operations and supports sites in optimizing capacity over time.

You will be responsible for:

1- Pre-launch of CARVYKTI:

  • Develops the overall J&J cell therapy site strategic plan

  • Supports site selection and sizing assessments and develops the business case for site eligibility

  • Activates sites and establishes relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers for certification purposes

  • Facilitates the transition of clinical sites into certified commercial sites

2- Operates as the single face to the site to enable a best-in-class experience during site certification and activation: Plans, tracks, and monitors the timely activation of JNJ’s CAR-T sites. Key activities include:

  • Coordinates all J&J stakeholders involved in site certification, including the Site Certification Squad, the EMEA COE, and the OpCo/cluster medical teams

  • Drives the contracting process by working with legal professionals to ensure it is streamlined for hospital teams

  • Works with the supply chain, quality, regulatory, legal, compliance, and medical teams to establish site protocols and processes around CAR-T

  • Ensures the implementation of cell therapy operations within hospital guidelines

  • Develops a site certification training strategy tailored to each site and orchestrates its delivery

3- Post-approval of CARVYKTI - Acts as a key site partner:

  • Facilitates contracting and economic processes

  • Coordinates the creation of the account plan and the implementation of related activities

  • Maintains relationships with key hospital decision-makers to ensure continued access to cell therapy, with support from market access representatives as needed

  • In collaboration with the Cell Therapy Coordinator, resolves issues during ongoing operations and navigates the JNJ network for direct access to appropriate resources

  • Brings customer insights into the creation of brand and business strategies and materials Proactively identifies issues, opportunities, and solutions, and effectively communicates recommendations to brand and leadership teams

  • Coordinates slot allocation and re-allocation to support product uptake

  • Orchestrates site capacity mapping and site demand forecasting

  • Oversees and monitors overall site operations using agreed metrics and reports to the CVT

  • Drives site resourcing and capability discussions as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences and / or business

  • Bio/pharma experience needed, hematology / oncology or cell therapy experience desired

  • Experience in a CRO, as an MSL or in Supply Chain is appreciated

  • At least 5 years of prior experience in key account management in a healthcare environment

  • Project management and hospital experience
