Job Description:

Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Tracks the organization's financial performance, improves financial communication strategies, and delivers financial forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and set strategy.

Assists in the management of presentation documentation for financial summary meetings. Improves the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance. Establishes analysis and delivers insights that link financial data to organizational strategies.

Forecasts budgetary successes based upon market data and historical trends.

Determines methods for clearly communicating financial strategies to leaders. Designs systems to model and benchmark financial movements. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Controlling Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will serve as the owner of specific P&L lines and will be responsible for managing the entire intercompany process. This role will require you to ensure accuracy and compliance in intercompany transactions, conduct thorough analysis of P&L performance, and collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance. Your insights and expertise will be essential in driving strategic decisions and enhancing overall financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading financial intercompany activities for the Northern Cluster, including financial statement reviewing, also make sure journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close posts are correct.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to reconcile Intercompany process

  • You will be the owner of some PnL Lines, you´ll need to conduct detailed variance analysis and explain trends and anomalies in financial performance

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

  • Supporting others and follow-up of the operational duties assigned within the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in finance or controlling roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis

  • General systems proficiency and systems learning agility are required (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Be open to new ideas, rapid change, and embracing new technologies.

  • Know how to prioritize tasks, be very organized.
