Facilitates the development and execution of the Sales Training support team initiatives to drive sales force success using leading-edge training programs and tools.
Helps analyze market trends, new employee training methods, and customer data reports to identify opportunities for sales training program improvements.
Applies knowledge of the various selling functions to design differentiated programs by product, select the most effective curriculum, and utilize delivery mechanisms that resonate with target audiences.
Designs modifications to sales training programs to ensure achievement of learning objectives.
Helps guide junior team members through administrative and organizational support duties for training programs by sharing training media tools, informative sales training collateral, guidelines, handbooks, and information packets.
Aids training of team members to improve their knowledge of the organization's various sales functions in order to provide sales departments with the most applicable information.
