- 深入非公业务领域,挖掘不同类型的核心客户,推动强生与非公客户的业务整体合作和订单达成
- 与公司内部各业务团队紧密合作,保持与集团的合作谈判并整合医院当地的业务资源,助力在非公医院的业务拓展与增长
- 推动强生产品在非公医院的集团和院端的准入,并在此过程中,不断明确适合非公医院的产品策略
- 摸索针对不同类型非公客户的商业模式,在产品组合、定价策略、渠道模式、市场推广方式等层面形成有效的业务模式
- 深入非公业务领域,挖掘不同类型的核心客户,推动强生与非公客户的业务整体合作;打造强生在非公市场的核心价值,摸索针对不同类型非公客户的商业模式,在产品组合、定价策略、渠道模式、市场推广方式等层面形成有效业务模式
- 与公司各业务团队紧密合作,探索符合非公客户特点的业务合作方式,整合公司优势,助力业务增长;打造一体化产品解决方案,推动强生整体的产品策略,推动强生产品在非公医院的集团和院端的准入
