Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Controlling Supervisor.

Innovative Medicine, the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for Marketing Controlling Supervisor.

Purpose:

This role is a strategic finance business partner for the commercial organization. It supports business growth by turning strategy into clear financial insight, identifying risks and opportunities, and guiding decisions. The position also leads planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management while helping ensure focused execution of business priorities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Partner with commercial and cross-functional leaders to provide financial insight, explain performance, and support strategic decisions.
  • Lead planning and forecasting activities, including business plans and monthly reviews, linking projections to business drivers and priorities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and other relevant Finance teams to align decisions and support execution.
  • Use fact-based analysis and scenarios to challenge assumptions, highlight trade-offs, and drive value creation.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to improve productivity, cash flow, and financial processes.
  • Use digital tools to supervise pricing, contracts, returns, cash flow, investments, and expenses, and translate findings into actions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and governance requirements.
  • Support month-end close, accrual reviews, variance analysis, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, industrial/chemical engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • MBA, CMA, CPA, or similar certification preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn financial insight into clear business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner and constructively challenge the business to meet long-term commitments.
  • Ability to manage several priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to connect financial data with business needs.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into actions.
  • Learning agility, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity and change.
  • English proficiency required.
