Purpose: The Manager, Integrated Analytics will play a critical role in shaping global commercial strategy for key in-line and pipeline immunology assets by translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, insights, and business strategy, helping understand market performance, identify global growth opportunities, and inform high-impact decisions across the global portfolio. This individual will utilize secondary data sources to inform global forecasts, translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, and develop and evaluate new and existing strategies. Individuals who will thrive in this role are motivated by partnering with global and regional cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, market access, forecasting, competitive intelligence, data science, finance and other business partners to align on priorities, deliver business building recommendations and shape decision-making. Critical capabilities include the ability to think strategically and lead through complexity to develop data-driven recommendations that include an understanding of global market dynamics. Creativity, curiosity, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and a sense of humor are welcome on our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Serve as a strategic analytics lead, partnering with regional analytics, forecasting and global data science teams to shape global business planning and inform key LT updates (e.g, IR inputs).
- Design scalable KPI frameworks and automated reporting solutions (e.g., Global Tremfya dashboard across indications) that enable leadership to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and act with speed and confidence
- Frame critical business questions and apply the right analytical approaches, data sources and partnerships to generate actionable insights.
- Synthesize multiple data streams and insight sources into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making across seniority levels and functions.
- Champion the development and implementation of analytical approaches and methods that are innovative, drive efficiencies, and contribute to broader sharing of best practices.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Education:
- BA/BS Required; Advanced Degree Desirable
Experience and Skills
Required:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, market research, strategic planning, or management consulting, with a track record of translating data into business impact
- Experience leveraging secondary healthcare/pharmaceutical datasets (e.g. IQVIA, Clarivate, Evaluate Pharma) to generate business insights and inform strategic decisions
- Strong proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, compelling stories through Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of analytic approaches with the ability to identify appropriate approaches to address key business questions
- Proven success partnering across business teams to integrate analytics with insights and then translate into actionable recommendations.
- Fluency in developing effective presentations through compelling visualizations of data with comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, and effectively manage external partners is required.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing analytical rigor with pragmatic decision-making, and bringing structure to complex business questions
- Curiosity and growth mindset to learn and build/improve skill sets
Preferred:
- Relevant therapeutic area experience
- Experience working on or directly with pharmaceutical brand marketing
- Explore innovative and analytical approaches, automation, GenAI and scalable solutions to improve business insight generation.
Other:
- This position is based in Horsham, PA and will require up to 10% domestic travel
