We are searching for the best talent for Sr. Project Analyst to be in São Jose dos Campos or Mexico City.

Purpose:

The DELIVER organization at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is committed to delivering

outstanding customer experience by leading critical functions such as warehouse, distribution,

transportation and customer service, across a diverse and expansive network.

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Project Analyst to join our Strategic Office department, a team dedicated to building future-ready capabilities in Warehouse and Transportation operations across LATAM.

In this role, you will be at the heart of transformation, acting as a key orchestrator of strategic initiatives, ensuring strong execution discipline, and driving alignment across countries and functions. You will bridge strategy and execution, enabling the organization to deliver sustainable value at scale.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead governance of strategic initiatives and transformation programs by establishing robust PMO frameworks, aligning priorities with outcomes, and driving structured decision-making forums (e.g., SteerCos and performance reviews).
  • Oversee a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, progress tracking, risk management, and value realization, while proactively managing interdependencies.
  • Define and structure project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring clarity and feasibility from inception to execution.
  • Foster high-performing project teams by enabling collaboration, strengthening communication, and aligning stakeholders around common goals.
  • Manage project financials, including budget planning and monitoring, ensuring cost discipline and alignment with business constraints.
  • Design executive dashboards and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring visibility of KPIs related to service, cost, agility, and transformation progress.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks by implementing proactive strategies that safeguard delivery and maintain momentum.
  • Act as a cross-functional integrator, connecting Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other internal and external partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution across LATAM.
  • Support evolving business priorities through structured communication, developing executive-ready materials and ensuring consistent reporting of progress, risks, and key achievements.
  • Institutionalize PMO best practices, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and the adoption of standardized ways of working across teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in PMO, Program Management, or Strategic roles, with a background in Supply Chain or Deliver Operations and exposure to regional or cross-country initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments, is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, or another technical discipline is appreciated.
  • Experience managing project deliverables and timelines within a project management tool (e.g. Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools.)
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between sites.
