Purpose: To provide administrative support to Planning team to PP&L.
You will be responsible for:
Under direct supervision, position performs a variety of tasks according to established
procedures that are linked to purchasing and source activities.

Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next
management level
Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and
Environmental practices as applicable.
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates
follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and
that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local
and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Follows up on urgent material to ensure it is received in the system
Facilitates the process of importation to customs, ensuring all required documentation is
complete and accurate (invoices)
Communicate with suppliers to resolve minor issues related to deliveries, quality, or
documentation before escalating to the buyer
Supports the creation and maintenance of various reports
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• Experience and skills necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
• 4-6 Years of Experience
Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
• Communication skills: oral and written.
• Proficient in purchasing systems applications preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access are required.
• Knowledge of EES MRP systems preferred.
