Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our Communications & Public Affairs team, with a commitment period of 12 months.

The Protégé – Communications & Public Affairs provides a structured learning experience and are responsible for the following areas:

  • Agency Collaboration & Content Development: Work closely with external agencies to support the creation of disease awareness and patient education materials, including print and video assets. Coordinate reviews, consolidate feedback, and ensure materials align with brand, medical, and compliance requirements
  • Internal Communications Execution: Manage the CPA internal communications mailbox, ensuring timely responses, triage, and follow ups. Format emails using approved templates (announcement will be given by respective managers) before releasing.
  • Content Coordination & Information Flow: Gather inputs, updates, and key messages from local cross functional teams. Synthesize and feed local news and updates into cluster level communications, including contributions to the weekly newsletter

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates or final year students are welcome to apply
  • Background in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Health or related field
  • Curious about healthcare and patient engagement
  • Strong in written and verbal communications
  • Organized, proactive and eager to learn with minimal supervision
